At Source BMX, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for any unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you get back to riding as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your generated pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
