Do you offer professional bike assembly?

All bikes are pre-assembled and safety-checked by our professional mechanics before shipping. You will only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals upon arrival.

What is your return policy on parts and apparel?

We offer a 90-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built wheels or used components are not eligible for return.

How do I know which frame size is right for me?

Frame size depends on your height and riding style. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page to help you choose between 20", 20.5", 21" and larger top tube lengths.
